Dynamic Listening — Guided by mindset, we sense, interpret, evaluate, respond appropriately to, and remember messages communicated verbally, nonverbally, and digitally.
Integrity — We act with honesty, consistency, and accountability, doing what we say we will do and what is right.
Service — We focus on creating meaningful value for those we serve and contributing to their success.
Mastermind Alliance — We actively work together in harmony toward a common definite purpose and continually create value for one another.

His work has supported thousands of leaders in many organizations including Walt Disney World, Lockheed Martin, Coca-Cola Bottling, Whirlpool, AT&T, Marriott, Western Digital, Hong Kong Broadband Network, Olive Garden Restaurants, Orange County (FL) government, Seminole County (FL) government, Lake County (FL) Schools, Olive Garden Restaurants, and the University of Florida.
A U.S. Army veteran, Rick believes that listening is more than a leadership skill. It is a strategic advantage that enables organizations to create clarity, alignment, accountability, and measurable results.
He is inspired daily by his wife Quin, a world champion ballroom dancer and America’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer recipient, who reminds him that leadership, like dance, begins with presence, grace, and disciplined practice.
