The Listening Behavior Perception Inventory (LBPI) is a web-based tool that is designed to assess how you perceive your own listening behaviors and also how others perceive how you listen.
The first section of your 16-page, individualized LBPI Report presents information on your scores on each of the 6 listening behavior strategies.
Observers of your choosing will each rate your listening behaviors through an online series of statements. The second section of the LBPI report presents the comparison between your scores and your observers.
The third section of your report contains open-ended feedback from your observers on three questions.
What do they value most about your listening behavior?
What suggestions do they give you on how you can improve your listening behavior?
What are 3-4 words they would use to describe your listening behavior?
There is also an action planning page at the end of your LBPI Report that includes detailed questions on specific things you can do to become a better listening leader from the details in your Inventory.
